Service Maintenance Agreement

Nobody can guarantee your equipment won’t break down or fail on you. That’s why we offer the LDR Service Maintenance Agreement to guarantee you the fastest repair time in the region. For an annual fee we protect your furnace and/or air conditioner against all mechanical break downs so you never have to worry about what to do in the worst case scenario. The average cost of a repair starts at $300 and can be as high as $700 for something like a condenser fan motor. Our annual Service Maintenance Agreement starts at $200 for the year and there is no obligation to renew.

All of our new furnace and central air installations come with a 10-year warranty on the product. We also offer a service maintenance agreement on any and all furnaces and central air conditioners. As part of our commitment to ensuring peace of mind, we have put together one of the most thorough maintenance agreements in the industry. In addition to 24/7 support with your furnace or central air, we also cover mechanical parts, even for equipment that we didn’t initially install. We also will do an annual inspection on your equipment to proactively eliminate the risk of a breakdown during inclement weather.
